If you are not satisfied with the level of comfort your mattress provides, My Green Mattress will exchange your mattress for a different style or return it for a full refund less the cost of shipping. Just contact us. Shipping costs vary based on size and will be calculated at the time of shipment. Please note mattresses returned to our factory must be clean, free from stains and odors, and be in like new condition.
